My high school boyfriend turned me on your Life is You album soon after its release. I fell in love with your music - and with him. We didn't marry - but I've been a fan of yours for these 35 or so years. I recently converted my vinyl albums to itunes format and can now easily listen to your music to my heart's content. I'm overdosing on Batdorf and Rodney - in a good way! Your music is as fresh and lovely as the first time I heard it. Thank you for many many years of blissful listening.
I've been a fan of the duo since my days at the University of Dayton where for some reason you guys were superstars. I was going through my iTunes today wishing I had some lyrics and wondering what the heck "Can You See Him" is really about. Your website has been a great help. Thanks John!

Sat spellbound by your guitar skills - their luscious tones and wonderful - heartfelt singing. The words of your songs hit home just about the entire evening at Suzie's in Fountain Hills. Thanks and keep on keeping on.
Hi John - We were 12 cents short on our anniversary! As we told you at break - your songs tracked the five years of our marriage. We left your show inspired and hopeful after having 5 years of struggles with our blended family and financial crisis. You reminded us that whatever ordinary life sends our way - we will always have each other. Looking forward to seeing you in Cottonwood again in the not to distant future!
Sat in front row in Cottonwood last night. Like being with an old friend! Great show & thanks. See you next time.
Dear John - Love your music! Please try and make the NY/NJ area a tour stop in 2012. Keep it going!
Hi John - it was great workin' the curtain for you tonight at the OTCA 🙂 You put on a really wonderful - heartfelt show and I think you're great! All the best to you and I'll see you at your next Cottonwood gig! Thanks for an excellent evening.
Ran into Michael McLean in Cincinatti - OH in Oct. He told me of your latest CD. My husband and I love your music and will look forward to hearing "One Last Wish".
John - new tracks sound great. I must have fallen off the e-mail list because I didn't know about "One Last Wish" coming out. Wm.
Back in 1971 I smoked my first doob to you guys! Never will not forget! There was a song that went: where were you and I when I was on the ground?? I think?? What was the title. How can I get that album
Love your music - please add me to your mailing list.
Hi John: Really enjoyed hearing you again at Faultline! Fantastic evening. Your new CD is phenomenal. So glad your voice is healing. Can you add me to your e-mail list?
Saw you in Havasu. You are amazing. The lyrics - music - and rhythm melt into each other perfectly.

I am from Sydney Australia and I was introduced to your music thru a good friend and musician Lenny a long time ago with Off the Shelf . He taught me some of those tunes and we played them for hours. I can't wait to hear your new album. Thanks for the great memories.
Just preordered the upcoming CD and can't wait to have it in hand. I first met you when you were touring with James Lee behind "All Wood and Stones" - and found a new favorite. I realized that I had indeed heard Batdorf and Rodney "back in the day" - and I think you for reviving those memories. Keep making music! There's never enough of the good stuff!
Discovered your music in 1971 listening to KNX FM in Los Angeles. Saw you and Mark at a small club in Manhatten Beach California shortly there after. To this day I still turn people on to your music.
