Hi John - Just wanted to let you know how much I LOVE your new CD. I've been a fan since your earliest recordings with Mark Rodney (I've even got the CD of SILVER).Being a musician/singer myself - I played several of your songs many years ago and still do to this day! When I can - I push your CDs (and video) at every opportunity. I think I've collected everything you've done as an acoustic artist over the years. I can't tell you how happy I was to see you back recording and performing again as a soloist.I've played guitar and sung professionally most of my life - but just never seemed to be at the right place at the right time to get a recording contract. Came close a few times but...I was born in Vancouver - BC - Canada - raised in California - and now live (with a Swedish wife) for the last 6 years - just outside London - England. I still play acoustically and sing full time (original and cover songs). I just played POOR MAN'S DREAM and HOME AGAIN at a gig this last weekend ;)Please keep on making great music. You're truly an inspiration. At a youthful 50+ - I need all the inspiration I can get!I can only hope you'll one day see a way to gig in London. It's so ironic to think that if I'd left for England to live just a few years later than I did - I probably could have seen you perform live at any number of your current California gigs. Story of my life! Thanks for taking the time to read this. The best of life and love to you John.Kindest Regards - Colin Neil
