I remember several artists and several styles that most influenced my own style of music writing and acoustic guitar work. I can tell you that there's been no more lasting influence than Batdorf & Rodney. The combination of acoustic lead guitar - clear and unaltered vocals - and "up and down the neck" rythym's are still present in my music today. Thank you so much for your early work......and now for being available and staying in touch. Your music still lives on the Sunday morning classics show on KSHE 95 in St. Louis. You might want to give John Ulett (the host) a call.
